Job Summary
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in building construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of MEP shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing drainage firefighting and electrical systems.
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers consultants and other disciplines.
- Familiar with local authority requirements and project documentation.
- Must be able to prepare accurate quantity take-offs for all MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise MEP shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions.
- Incorporate consultant comments and maintain drawing revisions.
- Support project execution by providing accurate and coordinated drawings.
