Meeting & Events Executive

• Coordinate and manage meetings conferences social events and corporate functions from inquiry to execution.
• Prepare event proposals contracts and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate with Operations Culinary Stewarding and other departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel show-rounds for prospective clients.
• Ensure all event details schedules and arrangements are accurately communicated to relevant teams.
• Monitor event execution and provide on-site support when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare reports update event records and maintain accurate client databases.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in Meetings & Events Event Coordination Catering Sales or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and event planning processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Opera Delphi or similar hotel sales and event management systems is an advantage.
