Minimum 12 years of hands-on site experience in MEP/mechanical construction projects.
UPDA/MMUP Engineering License – Minimum Grade C preferred. Candidates holding a Trainee License with at least 3 years may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of:
HVAC systems
Chilled water systems
VRF/VRV systems
Firefighting systems
Plumbing systems
Drainage systems
Thorough understanding of project specifications shop drawings method statements and applicable codes and standards.
QCDD Certification/License will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are must.
Key Responsibilities
Plan supervise and execute all mechanical works at the project site.
Manage installation testing commissioning and inspection of mechanical systems.
Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively to achieve project targets.
Supervise and lead site engineers foremen and workers ensuring productivity quality and safety.
Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and other project disciplines.
Prepare and submit:
Inspection requests
Material approvals
Method statements
Other project documentation
Follow up on inspections and obtain necessary consultant approvals.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with:
Project specifications
Local regulations
Quality standards
Identify technical issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project schedules.
Attend coordination and progress meetings and prepare necessary reports.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with:
