Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor for a short period to manage surveying and site measurement activities ensuring accuracy in layouts levels measurements and as-built documentation. The role will involve coordination with site teams and subcontractors and maintaining proper control of surveying equipment.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all survey data measurements and site records.

• Conduct land and construction surveying activities including setting out layouts and site marking.

• Maintain and verify levels and elevations at the site as per project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain as-built surveys drawings and survey reports.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams on surveying and setting-out activities.

• Monitor and maintain survey control points and benchmarks at the site.

• Operate and maintain surveying equipment and ensure all equipment is properly calibrated.

• Maintain records of survey equipment including calibration and maintenance records.

• Use AutoCAD for preparing reviewing and updating survey drawings and layouts.

• Identify and resolve surveying-related issues and discrepancies on site.

• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other site personnel to ensure surveying requirements are completed accurately and on time.

• Follow project specifications safety requirements and quality standards.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Land Surveying Geomatics or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor / Site Surveyor / Civil Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of land and construction surveying techniques.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Hands-on experience with surveying instruments such as Total Station Auto Level GPS/GNSS or similar equipment.

• Good understanding of setting out levelling coordinates benchmarks and as-built surveys.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and site teams.

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
