HR Assistant (Female)
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Doha Qatar. This full-time entry-level role is perfect for someone eager for a career in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a pipeline of talent for future openings.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks including preparing documents managing employee files and coordinating interviews.
- Provide support to the recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruiter role is preferred.
- A high level of organization with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Proficiency in using ATS MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word.
- A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
- Immediate availability to start is essential.
