Job Summary
- 5–8 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary supporting senior leadership
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule appointments meetings and events to ensure optimal time management.
- Accompany the CEO to meetings when required take notes prepare minutes and follow up on action items
- Coordinate internal and external meetings ensuring all logistics materials and requirements are prepared in advance.
- Receive screen and direct visitors calls and correspondence at all levels of seniority
- Reconcile invoices process payment requests and ensure correct financial coding.
- Maintain and update financial trackers reports and documentation.
- Experience in staff supervision and team coordination.
- Experience handling basic finance reporting and account reconciliation.
- Developing and maintaining various financial reports as required
