The Role

The Executive Chef will lead the full culinary operation holding responsibility for menu direction kitchen performance team leadership and culinary innovation. The position requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality consistency and presentation while ensuring operational efficiency and cost discipline.

The Executive Chef will oversee menu engineering seasonal concept development and culinary strategy aligned with the restaurants premium addition the role will lead the recruitment mentoring and performance management of kitchen teams ensuring a disciplined high-performance environment that consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience within luxury fine-dining or high-end Asian restaurant environments with demonstrated success managing full kitchen operations and driving culinary innovation. Strong expertise in Asian Southeast Asian or fusion cuisine is essential with exposure to sushi-led concepts highly advantageous.
