Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage correspondence reports and presentations to ensure efficient communication.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional relationships.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Organize board meetings and events ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Monitor and prioritize requests and tasks to align with the Chairmans objectives.

Requirements:

Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
Asian Nationality Male
Must have Qatar Driving license
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office software is crucial.
