Environmental Engineer UPDA Grade A
- Job Type: Permanent FullTime
- Location: Doha Qatar
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious Engineering Consultant clients in Qatar for a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental assessments and impact studies for infrastructure projects ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Develop and execute environmental management plans monitoring programs and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct field investigations and site assessments to support project evaluations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental solutions into project design and .
- Prepare technical reports and proposals for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Stay informed on environmental legislation best practices and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company in public consultations addressing environmental concerns effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental engineering preferably with Engineering Consultants or PMC focusing on construction and infrastructure projects.
- UPDA Grade A Environmental Engineering certification required (mandatory).
- NOC is mandatory and candidates must be locally available in Qatar to join in a month or earlier upon selection.
