- Space planning selecting finishes and furnishings of interior environments with attention to architectural engineering sustainability ergonomic constructability businessuse and cost factors
- Demonstrate creative problemsolving organizational skills and a good understanding of construction documents detailing and constructability

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design
- 13 years of experience with the design and documentation of architectural/interiors projects
- Demonstrated Building Information Modeling (BIM)Autodesk Revit Architecture/AutoCAD proficiency
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/outlook/Access) proficiency
- Design talent graphic presentation and effective verbal communication skills essential
- Graphics/rendering software (Sketchup Adobe 3D Max Maya Rhino etc. experience is highly preferred
