Job Summary
- Attending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbers
- Coordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers.
- E mail support which involves
- Coordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed.
- Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them.
- Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customers
Requirements:
- Minimum experience required is 2 to 4 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
- Arab National
