Commis 1 (Room Service Kitchen)

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Room Service Kitchen.
• Ensure all room service orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations equipment and storage areas.
• Follow HACCP and food safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor food quality freshness and stock levels.
• Assist in receiving storing and rotating food supplies.
• Support senior chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies hygiene standards and health regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis I or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Experience in room service à la carte or hot kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
