Job Summary

Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.
Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in management support or administrative roles including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental organization within the State of Qatar.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
