Job Summary
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Manage Azure subscriptions resource groups policies and governance frameworks.
- Deploy configure and support Azure Virtual Machines Virtual Networks Storage Accounts and Load Balancers.
- Implement and manage identity and access management using Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance availability and security using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and related tools.
- Configure backup recovery and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
- Implement and manage network security controls including NSGs Azure Firewall VPN Gateways and Private Endpoints.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell Azure CLI ARM Templates or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Support cloud migration modernization and optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security governance and operational standards.
- Provide operational support documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of IT infrastructure administration experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Azure administration experience.
- Mandatory Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Virtual Machines
- Azure Networking
- Azure Storage Services
- Azure Monitor
- Azure Backup & Site Recovery
- Azure Resource Manager (ARM)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Azure Virtual Machines
- Experience managing production Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security governance and operational best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure automation.
