Job Summary
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. - Minimum 710 years of experience in structural building finishing works. - Strong knowledge of finishing materials construction methods and workmanship standards. - Experience in infrastructure utility industrial STP water wastewater or pump station buildings. - Proven experience in managing architectural finishing works (walls plastering flooring ceilings cladding waterproofing doors windows painting). - Ability to coordinate with structural and MEP teams and manage subcontractors on site. - Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong experience in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals. - Experience in snagging QA/QC inspections and project handover documentation. - EPC or construction contractor site experience preferred.
