Accounts Manager Job Description (Brief)
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the companys financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The role involves overseeing AP/AR general ledger financial reporting budgeting and compliance with internal controls.
Candidates with retail experience will be given added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities including AP/AR bank reconciliation and general ledger management.
- Prepare monthly financial statements P&L balance sheets and cash flow reports.
- Monitor budgets forecasts and expense controls.
- Ensure compliance with VAT/tax regulations and coordinate with auditors.
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with management for strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software/ any erp
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Retail experience is an added advantage
