Job Summary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and tooling design concepts.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working within GMP-regulated environments.
- Technical degree vocational certification or equivalent training in Tool & Die Making Machining Technology Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tool and die fabrication repair and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency operating manual machine shop equipment.
- Experience working with precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machining practices metalworking processes and tool fabrication techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices pharmaceuticals or biotechnology manufacturing is highly preferred.
