Tech Customer Service Advisor Lisbon

A Tech client in Lisbon Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 21/Sep/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
