What Youll do:

- Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNowplatform;

- Lead the design configuration and development of ServiceNowsolutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices and platformgovernance;

- Review and validate technical designs configurations and customdevelopments to ensure scalability maintainability and upgradereadiness;

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developersand administrators;

- Design complex workflows Service Catalog items integrations andplatform automations;

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functionalrequirements into robust technical solutions. - Ensure platform performance security reliability and compliancewith organizational standards;

- Participate in platform roadmap planning and identify opportunitiesto leverage new ServiceNow capabilities. - Review platform upgrades and assess their impact on existingcustomizations and integrations;

- Oversee technical documentation and ensure knowledge is properlymaintained and shared across the team;

- Work closely with infrastructure integration security and enterprisearchitecture teams to ensure seamless platform integration;

- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities tosimplify processes reduce technical debt and improve platformadoption;

- Knowledge of CMDB is a strong plus;

- Hybrid work model;

Who You Are:

- Senior: minimum 3 years on a similar role;

- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent;

- Strong expertise in designing implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions;

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request Management and Service Catalog;

- Deep knowledge of Flow Designer IntegrationHub Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies ACLs Notifications and Catalog development;

- Strong experience with JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform;

- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs SOAP MID Server and IntegrationHub;

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture data model security model and upgrade strategy;

- Ability to review and optimise customisations while minimising technical debt;

- Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices;

- Proven leadership mentoring and coaching experience;

- Strong team player proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

- English: B2C1.

Certifications / Nice to have:

- ServiceNow CSA Certified System Administrator Mandatory;

- ServiceNow CAD Certified Application Developer Mandatory;

- ServiceNow CIS ITSM;

- ITIL Foundation;

- Knowledge of Infrastructure and ITOM.
