What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the voice of our brand for our Italian-speaking customers supporting them with empathy precision and a can-do attitude.
Your daily mission:
Handle inbound inquiries via phone email chat and social media youll be a true omni-channel hero.
Assist merchants with everything from technical setup to payment issues and product navigation.
Collaborate with teams like Sales Marketing and Tech Support to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
Help improve our internal processes tools and workflows to boost merchant satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring to the Table
Were looking for problem-solvers and people-pleasers who are passionate about tech and care deeply about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You are:
Fluent in Italian and comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
Tech-savvy youre quick with a smartphone tablet or computer.
Experienced in Customer Support or Contact Centers (preferred but not essential).
Patient positive and always ready to helpeven when things get hectic.
Curious resourceful and persistent you love solving problems.
Organized and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
