For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years years of experience as a Platform Engineer Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Engineering DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer including experience defining enterprise-wide platform standards CI/CD framework and developer platform capabilities
- Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in large-scale enterprise environment
- Proficient in version control configuration management and deployment automation using Git GitHub GitLab Jenkins and Terraform to support scalable software delivery pipelines
- Experience defining and governing enterprise-wide platform engineering standards best practices and reference architectures across multiple product and development teams
- Skilled in designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native application environments that support multi-team product development at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to build and operate Internal Developer Platforms using tools such as Backstage and Crossplane including the design of Golden Paths reusable templates and self-service developer capabilities
- Strong command of DevSecOps practices including vulnerability management secrets management software supply chain security policy-as-code and compliance automation across enterprise environments
- Fluency in English (B2 Level)
- Availability for hybrid model 3x/week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
