For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack (Java React) Developer
Strong experience developing scalable backend solutions using Java Spring Boot Kafka microservices architecture and gRPC communication patterns
Solid expertise in modern frontend development with React TypeScript Zustand and Material UI delivering responsive and user-focused applications
Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and distributed systems in cloud-native environments
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams translating UI/UX concepts from Figma into high-quality technical solutions
Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on clean code practices performance optimization and software reliability
Comfortable working in agile environments contributing proactively to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2)
Availability for Hybrid model 1 x week (based in Porto or Coimbra)
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
