Job Summary

ABOUT US:

Mobwizards is a fast-growing agile ad-tech company operating in the mobile Value-Added Services (mVAS) space across multiple international markets. We build and run the infrastructure that connects mobile operators advertisers and usersfrom direct carrier billing flows to campaign tracking data pipelines and internal tools.

Were looking for a Senior Developer who can work independently and take ownership of problems from start to finish. Youll work closely with the CTO on backend systems APIs integrations and internal tools helping to build and improve the technology that powers our business.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills initiative and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and partners in English.

RESPONSABILITIES

Design develop and implement technology solutions across the full stack from user interfaces (frontend) to server-side logic and databases (backend).
Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecyclefrom concept and design to delivery and maintenanceensuring high quality and alignment with business objectives.
Develop software based on technical specifications defined by clients or the company performing analysis design implementation and testing as part of collaborative team projects.
Participate in the creation and integration of APIs with client systems while also contributing to the development of MobWizards frontend applications and web pages ensuring an efficient reliable and user-friendly experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in PHP.
Fluent English both written and spoken used daily with clients and external partners.
Good knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript youll be responsible for the full stack including frontend development.
Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) including schema design query optimization and core database principles.
Experience with REST APIs both building and consuming them.
Familiarity with Linux environments and basic DevOps/infrastructure concepts (Docker cloud platforms).
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills able to read logs trace issues across systems and formulate hypotheses to identify root causes.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
