About the Role
is looking for a Senior Algorithm / Optimization Engineer to design and implement advanced mathematical algorithms that optimize AMR fleet scheduling routing traffic management and order assignment. This is a hands-on engineering role where your work will directly impact the performance of autonomous robot fleets operating in real-world production environments.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement optimization algorithms for transport order planning and AMR allocation.
Develop high-performance algorithmic solutions using Rust and/or Python.
Build intelligent scheduling and routing solutions considering routes constraints priorities and operational requirements.
Create predictive planning models for heterogeneous robot fleets.
Optimize execution plans travel times and fleet performance using historical and real-time operational data.
Work closely with Backend Robotics Product QA Simulation and Fleet Management teams to deliver scalable production-ready solutions.
What Were Looking For
Strong background in mathematical optimization algorithms or operations research.
Experience developing production-grade software in Rust and/or Python.
Knowledge of scheduling routing optimization logistics or autonomous systems.
Ability to translate complex mathematical models into robust scalable software.
Passion for solving challenging real-world engineering problems.
