Job Overview:

I am seeking a Sales Developer to engage potential clients through outbound calls support them through the sign-up process and drive engagement with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

Support prospects through sign-up and onboarding.

Identify business opportunities using consultative selling and effective questioning.

Present high-value sales pitches and handle objections.

Apply digital marketing and media planning knowledge to identify client potential.

Build strong client engagement and influence purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Consultative selling and objection-handling skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media planning.

Excellent communication questioning and pitching abilities.

Working & Compensation:

40 hours/week 8 hours per day 1-hour lunch break.

Training: 15 working days compensated at 18.56/day (278.40 total).

Base Salary: 920/month allowances.

Meal Allowance: 7/day.

Variable Bonus: Up to 320.

Estimated Total: 1227.33/month before variable bonus.

Contract: 12-month renewable contract with potential for permanent employment after 2 years.

Benefits: Private health and dental insurance after contract signature subject to NIF and Social Security requirements.

Trial Period: 1 month.

Required: Portuguese residence permit OR EU Passport
