Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

Location: Remote (Must live in Portugal)

Status: Full-Time

• Base Pay: EUR 1100 gross/month (14 yearly payments)
• Bonuses: EUR 150 monthly attendance bonus EUR 2000 signing bonus (paid out across 12 months)
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 net per working day
• Shifts: 5 days/week 8 hours/day 24/7 rotative shifts

• Support Customers: Handle inbound inquiries via phone email and live chat regarding diabetes care items and account management.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Help users understand device functionality resolve operational issues and guide them through setup instructions calmly and clearly.
• Documentation: Log interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Team Synergy: Partner with colleagues and supervisors to elevate service benchmarks and maintain a positive working culture.

• Language Match: Fluent or native Dutch plus a working B2 level in English for training and internal tools.
• Location Check: Must legally reside in and work from Portugal.
