We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the stability availability and performance of critical production applications and infrastructure. You will provide technical support across a diverse technology landscape monitor production environments troubleshoot incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for working in complex and fast-paced environments where operational excellence is essential.

Production Support
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the stability availability and performance of critical production applications and infrastructure. You will provide technical support across a diverse technology landscape monitor production environments troubleshoot incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for working in complex and fast-paced environments where operational excellence is essential.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Pro-actively monitor manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases).
- Provide escalation coverage in the Follow The Sun support model.
- Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications.
- Customize production tools (monitoring batch scheduling backups deployment tools automation).
- Provide feedback and propose solutions to management on performance and capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in technology and continuous learning.
- Experience on Windows and Linux/Unix systems : WCF Weblogic Application Server Apache Tomcat Java EE Nginx.
- Experience of some of the following preferable: Geneos Dynatrace Grafana Prometheus & DollarUniverse.
- Scripting (Python Shell SQL....) and development skills for administration monitoring and support tools. Practice on Ansible / Terraform automation.
- Appreciation of production processes including change and release management; incident and problem management skills with knowledge of ITIL.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle.
- Fluency in English.
