Are you a fluent Polish speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers Join an exciting e-commerce project in Lisbon and become part of an international team supporting users of a fast-growing online platform.
As a Customer Support Representative you will assist buyers sellers customers and content creators helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth and positive online experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Support users with questions related to orders logistics and platform use
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Review and process cases according to quality and turnaround-time standards
Identify and escalate complex or urgent cases when necessary
Handle increased contact volumes during campaigns and promotional periods
Deliver professional empathetic and solution-focused customer support
Polish at a fluent/native level
Good command of English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Good understanding of e-commerce and online platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
920 gross/month 14 payments
1000 Welcome Bonus paid within the first year of employment
7.63 food allowance per working day

Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00
2 rotating days off per week
At a later stage the project may transition to 24/7 operations subject to confirmation by the client
Monthly schedules will be provided in advance to support personal planning
Final shift allocation will depend on operational requirements
6-month renewable contract
8-hour working day
5 working days per week
2 days off per week on a rotating basis
Weekend and public holiday work may be required
