CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Norwegian-speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialists for an on-site role in this position you will support a fast-growing subscription-based service helping customers manage their accounts improve their experience and re-engage with the service. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer journey across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities:
- Support customers via outbound calls email and chat ensuring a professional and engaging experience Contact former or inactive customers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation
- Assist with subscription management including plans deliveries and account updates
- Provide clear and helpful information about products and services
- Identify customer concerns and offer suitable solutions to improve their experience
- Ensure accurate communication and maintain high service quality standards
- Contribute to customer retention and overall satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support sales or contact center environments is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (especially for outbound calls)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple communication channels
- Ability to handle targets and performance-driven environments
- Team player with adaptability and a positive attitude
