CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international customer service team supporting customers across multiple communication channels. Youll assist with product inquiries order management and post-sales support while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries
• Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution
• Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
• Collaborate with international teams to provide seamless customer support
• Contribute to maintaining service quality and achieving team performance goals

• Native-level fluency in German
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
