German-speaking Banking Client Support Advisor

Work for an international leader in outsourced customer service which is partnering with a major German Bank looking to strengthen their German-speaking customer service operations in beautiful Porto great location fantastic shifts!

Your Role

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone email and chat)
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

Your Profile

• Excellent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problem-solving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Porto for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work up to 400EUR. Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
