In this role you will be the voice of premium brands delivering exceptional high-touch support to German-speaking customers across Europe.

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone email and live chat in German and English.
• Assist customers with digital service platforms account queries and technological features.
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic accurate and prompt solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) Strong Business English (B2).
• Must already reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first empathetic mindset.
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace.
