Schedule: MondayFriday rotational shifts between 07:0018:00 weekends off.
The role: Support users of an employee-benefits app covering services such as meal mobility and gift vouchers. Youll mainly assist customers via inbound calls with questions about the app account creation balances and available features.
Requirements: Fluent/native-level French and strong customer-service skills.
