What will you do
- Answer customer calls about order status and tracking.
- Provide updates on deliveries shipping times and delays.
- Help customers with product availability questions.
- Assist with order changes cancellations returns and exchanges.
- Handle complaints professionally and look for suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve issues.
What were looking for
- Fluent French.
- Excellent communication skills empathy and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

- Work model: On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday with Sundays and one additional rotating day off.
