Flemish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Tech

Were recruiting Flemish speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 20/Aug/26.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Flemish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
