Location: Lisbon Portugal
Salary: Choose between:

• €1358 gross per month with free company accommodation
• €1620.50 gross per month without accommodation

Working hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 21:00

Relocation Package: flight reimbursement airport pick up accomodation during employment

The Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor you will assist customers by phone email live chat and social media. You will answer questions about accounts subscriptions payments and streaming services while providing friendly and efficient support.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with registration and login issues
• Help users manage their accounts and subscriptions
• Troubleshoot streaming quality buffering and playback problems
• Provide support with apps compatible devices and device settings
• Answer questions about billing and payment methods
• Assist with subscription pauses and cancellations
• Record and share customer feedback
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Danish
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable communicating by phone email chat and social media
• An interest in streaming services and digital technology
• Patient empathetic and customer-focused
• Available to work rotational shifts including weekends
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
