Customer Support Representative Dutch Speaker

A Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What youd be doing:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive collaborative team environment
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when theyre frustrated
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly

What were looking for:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus though not essential
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level
• Fluent Dutch written and spoken
