Customer Service Representative – Russian Speaking

Location: Portugal

For an international company based in Portugal we are looking for Russian-speaking Customer Service Advisors.

• Manage customer inquiries via phone e-mail or live chat.
• Provide clear friendly and professional support.
• Deliver accurate solution-oriented information.
• Record and document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with international teams when necessary.

No prior customer service experience is required.

• Speak Russian at a native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual).
• Have an English level of B1 or higher.
• Are ready to live and work in Portugal.
• Are motivated reliable and eager to learn.
• Are open to a multicultural work environment.
• Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

• Salary: 975 - 1200 gross per month.
