Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro who loves helping people Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a global travel & tourism brand delivering clear accurate support across multiple channels!

Handle customer interactions across phone email live chat & social media
Provide clear accurate information following company policies & procedures
Assist with general questions product/service info and basic technical support
Respond to incoming requests and accurately document case details
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve concerns & close cases
Manage a personal queue of service tickets prioritize tasks follow supervisor guidance
Offer feedback to improve service processes and support team knowledge sharing

Native/fluent Dutch (C2) verbal & written; fluent English (B2 minimum)
Previous experience in customer service
Strong verbal & written communication across phone email chat social media
Basic understanding of customer service principles & standard procedures
Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot with guidance
Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
Effective problem-solving skills collaborative team player
Organized detail-oriented able to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
