What You Will Do
- Guide support and onboard users on cutting-edge advanced AI tools.
- Assist customers with billing invoicing and account management.
- Troubleshoot platform issues across multiple support channels with empathy and speed.
Salary & Compensation Options
Choose the package that best fits your lifestyle (based on a 40-hour work week with 15 days of paid training included):
Option A With Accommodation Included
- Base Package: 1259.33 gross/month (Includes base salary 154 meal allowance holiday & Christmas allowances)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200.00/month extra
- Perk: Private apartment room all utilities & cleaning included!
Option B Without Accommodation
- Base Package: 1320.67 gross/month (Includes base salary 154 meal allowance holiday & Christmas allowances)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200.00/month extra
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- EU Citizenship OR a valid unrestricted EU Work Permit.
- A strong passion for technology customer support and AI innovations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a dynamic 24/7 environment.
