Azure CloudOps Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a CloudOps Engineer to join an international technology team responsible for supporting and operating business-critical applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational expertise a proactive mindset and a passion for reliability automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation reliability and availability of Azure-hosted applications.
- Integrate and onboard new applications into the Azure environment.
- Provide N2/N3 support including incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.
- Manage releases patching activities and maintenance operations.
- Contribute to the scalability resilience and performance optimization of cloud services.
- Support automation initiatives through CI/CD pipelines scripting and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Participate in SLA/SLO monitoring operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience operating and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL Storage Accounts and Key Vault.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace Splunk or SolarWinds.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Bicep or ARM Templates.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps/GitOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Strong experience in incident management production support and advanced troubleshooting.
- Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
