Azure CloudOps Engineer

We are looking for a CloudOps Engineer to join an international technology team responsible for supporting and operating business-critical applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational expertise a proactive mindset and a passion for reliability automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation reliability and availability of Azure-hosted applications.
• Integrate and onboard new applications into the Azure environment.
• Provide N2/N3 support including incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.
• Manage releases patching activities and maintenance operations.
• Contribute to the scalability resilience and performance optimization of cloud services.
• Support automation initiatives through CI/CD pipelines scripting and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Participate in SLA/SLO monitoring operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience operating and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL Storage Accounts and Key Vault.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace Splunk or SolarWinds.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Bicep or ARM Templates.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps/GitOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Strong experience in incident management production support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
