Job Description Summary

Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities

• Helping in preparation of draft valuation reports in Polish and valuation reports in English
• Collecting transaction data and helping in conducting real estate market analyses
• Providing organizational support for the teams day-to-day operations.

Our Requirements

• University degree or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Fluent command of English both written and spoken
• Ability to work under supervision on assigned tasks but independence highly appreciated
• Proficient use of the MS Office package (especially Excel including macros)
• Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic Python etc.) will be an advantage
• Skills and experience in using GIS / mapping applications such as QGIS will be an additional asse
