Technical Lead, Mobile Engineering – OneRails Technology Hub Poland

• Own and evolve the architecture of OneRails mobile applications built in React Native with native iOS and Android integrations.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance mobile solutions supporting real-time logistics workflows.
• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive reliable mobile experiences for drivers and operational users.
• Ensure application performance responsiveness quality and stability in production environments.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality testing observability security and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct and contribute to regular code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Build and maintain reusable software components shared libraries and mobile infrastructure that integrate with backend.
• Analyze benchmark and optimize mobile applications for performance scalability and efficiency.
• Balance feature development with technical debt reduction and long-term platform sustainability.
• Improve developer experience through tooling enhancements workflow automation and release process optimization.
• Mentor and develop mobile engineers supporting skill growth and career progression.
• Support hiring onboarding and retention of top mobile engineering talent.

• 8 years of professional software engineering experience including significant hands-on mobile development.
• 2 years of experience in technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong experience building and scaling React Native applications in production environments.
• Solid understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their integration with cross-platform frameworks.
• Proficiency in React Native TypeScript
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and real-time service integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Polish B2 & English B2)
