We are currently looking for a Market Solution Manager responsible for Conventional Milking Systems and Cooling Systems in the Polish market. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for dairy farming with modern technologies and market development activities.

You will become part of an international and highly skilled team supporting dairy farmers across Eastern Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and executing launch plans for new products and solutions
• Monitoring market trends customer needs and competitor activities
• Supporting market analysis and business development initiatives
• Creating and delivering product training for internal teams dealers and customers
• Developing training materials and product documentation
• Supporting marketing activities by providing product-related expertise and content
• Collaborating closely with sales service and product management teams
• Monitoring product quality customer feedback and satisfaction levels
• Acting as a product expert for Conventional Milking Systems and Cooling Systems
• Supporting the continuous improvement of product offerings and customer experience

What we are looking for

• University degree in Agriculture Animal Science Agricultural Engineering Agribusiness or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the dairy industry
• Strong understanding of dairy farm operations and dairy production systems
• Knowledge of milking technologies and cooling systems would be a strong advantage
• Experience in sales marketing technical support or product management
• Strong interest in technology innovation and digital solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Professional proficiency in both Polish and English
• Willingness to travel across Poland and occasionally internationally
• Residence in Poland
