Software Engineer (.NET)

We are looking for a Software Engineer (.NET) to join the Salesforce Middleware team. You will develop the integration layer connecting the Salesforce-based platform with internal and external services used by customers. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with solid foundations in C# who wants to deepen their experience in middleware APIs and distributed system integrations while gradually taking ownership of increasingly complex solutions.

Salary: 14 000 PLN - 19 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment

Working model: hybrid - 3x weekly from the office

Recruitment process:

• Hiring Manager Interview (30 min)
• Technical Interview (90 min)

• Build and maintain middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with internal and external services using C# and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean tested and maintainable code and improve solutions through code reviews and technical feedback.
• Diagnose integration issues including API failures data mapping problems and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Engineering Product QA and Professional Services throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve integration workflows and engineering practices.

• 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Good practical knowledge of C# and ecosystem.
• Understanding of REST and/or SOAP APIs HTTP and system-to-system communication.
• Familiarity with integration concepts including data mapping JSON/XML serialization error handling and retry mechanisms.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems across multiple systems and understand data flows between services.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery.
• Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills with openness to code reviews and technical feedback.
• Interest in using AI tools in software development and exploring AI as part of technical solutions.
• A proactive approach to learning ownership and continuous improvement.
• Experience building and maintaining middleware integrations connecting Salesforce would be a plus.
