Join the Site Reliability Engineering team supporting Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace the primary access point to Sabre services and third-party solutions for travel agencies worldwide. Our mission is to enable reliable scalable and secure delivery of rich content and automation capabilities across Desktop Web and Mobile platforms. This role is critical to accelerating engineering productivity through deployment automation CI/CD excellence cloud infrastructure management and observability. What youll do

• Design build and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms that enable fast reliable and secure software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code practices and automation-first principles.
• Build and enhance observability capabilities including monitoring logging alerting dashboards SLI/SLO definitions and reliability reporting.
• Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve application reliability scalability security and operational readiness across Kubernetes-based environments.
• Drive operational excellence through incident response root cause analysis reliability improvements capacity planning and proactive automation initiatives.

What youll bring

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Helm and containerized application deployments.
• Experience with Terraform GitHub and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting communication and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
• Nice to have: Programming and scripting experience in Python.
