Site HSE Supervisor

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations environmental requirements and company standards across construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections audits and risk assessments while identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training inductions and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor HSE performance prepare reports and communicate status updates to project and corporate stakeholders.
• Support accident investigations safety planning and collaboration with project teams subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction industrial energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations construction site safety management and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and training ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
• Fluent English and German with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for project assignments.
