Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Job Location: hybrid in Warszawa Krakow Wroclaw Gdansk
Employment Type:Full-time

Essential Job Functions:

• configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
• administration of ServiceNow instances
• resolution of Incidents
• preparation of project documentation
• participation in training and achieving new certifications
• sharing experience with other team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in ServiceNow implementations or technical administration (at least 3 years)
• Good knowledge of written and spokenEnglish
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of Java Script HTML CSS
• Experience in integrations (e.g. SOAP REST)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learning skills
• Willingness to work on stand-by duties (additionally paid)

Other Qualifications:

• Working experience in Agile project environments
• ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of AngularJS Ajax
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
