Senior Technical Program Manager (mfn)

Your impact

• Drive complex multidomain technology programs across teams and platforms
• Connect multiple initiatives into a single coherent program with clear goals metrics and delivery sequencing.
• Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level.
• Support strategic decisionmaking through structured analysis of risks tradeoffs and business cases.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency cost optimization and revenue impact.
• Enable faster and more predictable delivery at scale.

Scope of collaboration

• Orchestrate crossfunctional work across engineering product and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate architectural decisions and proactively manage integration risks.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
• Build mechanisms for delivery predictability monitoring and reporting.
• Introduce automation and leverage AI to enhance program management processes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in technology program management (68 years).
• Track record of delivering complex highimpact programs.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution.

Key skills

• Program and roadmap management.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies.
• Analytical mindset and datadriven decision making.
• Experience working with crossfunctional and technical teams.
• English B2
