Senior Software Engineer

This role focuses on designing and building scalable infrastructure for a vibration analysis and monitoring platform that supports critical assets such as turbines pumps and fans. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle while collaborating with diverse teams and applying modern technologies to create impactful solutions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to understand customer needs and translate them into effective software solutions
• Design intuitive user interfaces and scalable system architectures
• Develop test and maintain high-quality application code
• Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and performance
• Optimize applications through profiling and continuous improvement practices
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and reusable components
• Produce clear and accessible technical documentation
• Participate in team collaboration to enhance development processes and practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing to align on product development plans
• Support and guide team members through knowledge sharing and technical input

For This Role You Will Need:

• Experience developing software applications and a solid understanding of programming principles (such as object-oriented design)
• Familiarity with modern software development practices including testing and version control
• Experience working with C# but also Python ecosystem
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Polish
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a globally distributed team
• A degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience working with Angular
• Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools
• Experience using version control systems
• Understanding of system design principles and documentation practices
• Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture
• Experience with cloud-based technologies or platforms
